The address stays in the calendar location field. Repeated appointment times and addresses have been removed from notes, with the enquiry reference at the bottom.
Clearer calendar notes
Calendar notes now use short sections and a simple appointment time range, without the timezone label or placement field.
Open the enquiry from its reference link in supported calendar apps, with a plain link available as a fallback.
Studio location and directions
Choose whether to show your studio address and Google Maps directions on your client form in Profile & settings.
Clients can also find the shared location after submitting their enquiry.
Saved appointment locations have a directions link in your workspace and calendar event description. Booking-specific locations remain separate from your public studio address.
Email alerts for new enquiries
Enable enquiry emails in Profile & settings to receive alerts at your verified account email.
Each alert opens the enquiry in your workspace, with sign-in when needed.
Alerts apply to new enquiries after enabling them. Clients can continue using Instagram without providing email.
Your questions, styles and session prices
Choose which questions appear on your enquiry form in Profile & settings.
Select the tattoo styles you offer and your available days and hours.
Shorter forms skip empty steps. Contact details, consent and required area photos stay protected.
Set optional half-day and full-day prices in GBP and show them on your client form. Individual quotes remain with you.
